Through the beauty of textiles\, you will encounter human ingenuity that can be traced from pre-history to our digital age. \nEminent textile historian Mary Schoeser is providing a curator’s talk exclusively for Textile Society delegates on the afternoon of Monday 16 June 2025. \nTextiles reveal the human desire to engage with texture and colour\, record histories\, thoughts and feelings\, and preserve skills to hand down to generations.
