Lucienne Day 2014 Award announced

Rachel Howarth, a graduate from Herriot Watt University's Design for Textiles BA is the winner of this year's award Lucienne Day award.

She first caught the judges attention with her sleek linear print style, and backed this up with an articulate explanation of her her research and design process, which includes shibori and dip dyeing.
